Director of Clinical Studies

Rural Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a qualified, enthusiastic, and highly motivated individual to serve as Director of Clinical Studies.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Business Development (managing sales and marketing, acquiring research grant funding, establishing contacts with both the animal health and feed industry, and website development and maintenance.)
• Administrative, financial accounting, and human resource management.
• Project Management (managing the company's R & D program, monitoring existing projects, and development and implementation of SOP's).

Ideal Candidate will have:

• Should possess a DVM degree and/or a PhD degree with an emphasis in Animal Health and Nutrition
• A minimum of 5 years in the Agricultural Industry with international exposure.
• Previous work experience in writing research grants and journal articles, publication in peer review or non-peer review journals and ability to acquire research grant funding is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in product development, sales, and marketing in the animal health and and feed industry.
• Ability to speak in more than 1 language is a plus (English plus another language).
